Yes, Nestling is completely free to use. You can browse, interview, and chat with caregivers at no cost. Signing up and hiring caregivers through our platform is also free, with no membership fees.

● What if my caregiver doesn't show up or sends a substitute?

It’s against our policy for caregivers to send substitutes. We offer video interviews so you can meet your caregiver beforehand. If a different person shows up, we’ll immediately remove the caregiver from our platform and find a replacement for you.

● How quickly can I get a caregiver to my home?

You can have a caregiver at your home as soon as the next day.

● What certifications do your caregivers hold?

Our caregivers are certified as Newborn Care Specialists, Nurses, Postpartum Doulas, and Sleep Training experts.

● How does the background check process work?

Our background checks include criminal checks, identity verification, certification validation, and reference checks. Additionally, each caregiver is video-interviewed by our team before being activated on Nestling.

● How do you secure my payment to the hired caregiver?

At Nestling, we use Braintree, a PayPal company, to process payments securely, adhering to the highest industry standards. We never store your financial information on our systems. Once you and the caregiver confirm the service is complete, the payment is automatically released to the caregiver’s account after a 24-hour hold.

● Can I interview multiple caregivers before deciding?

Yes, you can interview up to 5 caregivers per service. If you need to interview more, just let us know and we can accommodate your request.

● What if I need to change my booking dates?

At Nestling, flexibility is key. Whether you need backup care sooner, later, or on different dates, we're here to support you every step of the way. For any queries, you can always reach out to our Support Team.
